WE ARE OFFERING
an introductory price of $950.00. For
this the seller will be provided the use of 2 signs (deposit
also required), 5 photos of the property, assistance in developing
a flyer, a display ad of 4" x 2" in the Star News
or other newspaper in the locale, and website advertising,
all for a period of up to 3 months. We will also provide documents
to use in preparing an offer and acceptance (the contract)
and required property disclosures. We will assist the seller
with the closing and will provide step-by-step instructions
for the typical transaction of sale.
We can provide buyers and sellers with referrals to appraisers,
surveyors, home inspectors, repair and maintenance professionals,
title and escrow companies, mortgage brokers, and additional
legal assistance, as needed.
We will provide you with documents to use to
create a legal contract between you and your buyer and will
include instructions on how to complete them. We will also
provide you with required property disclosure documents to
be given to the buyer. We will guide you through the process
of closing from the creation of the contract, satisfaction
of conditions of the contract, opening of escrow and review
of closing documents. In other words, we will do our best
to help make the sale of your property a good experience.
